• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location, product availability, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Any applicable free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website or at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, when tracking is available.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active after shipment.

If your tracking information has not updated for several days, please allow some additional time as carrier scans may occasionally be delayed.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

JR Global Shop does not control customs processing times or charges imposed by local authorities.

6. Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

JR Global Shop is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Missing apartment/unit numbers
• Incorrect postal codes
• Incorrect contact information

If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at jrglobalintltd@gmail.com.

We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after processing has begun.

7. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your order appears to be delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

1. Check around your delivery location.
2. Ask household members, neighbors, or building management.
3. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at jrglobalintltd@gmail.com and we will assist you where possible.

For packages damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the damaged package and products.

8. Multiple Items in One Order

Depending on product availability and fulfillment location, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.

If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be available for shipment to certain countries or regions due to carrier restrictions, customs regulations, or product-specific requirements.

If we are unable to ship an order to your destination, we will contact you regarding the available options.
